- Listed prices include a 3% cash discount — credit cards are 3% additional
- Balance due on arrival in cash, traveler’s checks, or credit card (no personal checks)
- 3-night minimum on weekend stays · 1-night stays on availability only
- Rates do not apply to holidays, conventions, or groups
- Check-in 2:00 PM · Check-out 10:00 AM
- Deposits refundable with 2 weeks’ notice before arrival (25% service charge; plus card fee for credit-card cancellations)
- One parking space per unit
- Non-smoking facility · Sorry, no pets
- No refunds due to inclement weather or early check-out
- Misrepresentation voids a reservation and forfeits all money paid
